Welcome to Meetings Now, your go-to source for booking office spaces and meeting rooms. We are a direct result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which disrupted traditional workspaces and forced many businesses to find new ways to collaborate
and work remotely.
As companies began to return to work, we noticed that many staff members were hesitant to return to the office due to safety concerns, and many businesses had excess capacity in their offices. At the same time, businesses working from home or job sites had nowhere to have quiet, uninterrupted meetings. That’s where Meetings Now comes in.
We saw a need for a simple and uncomplicated booking system that could match businesses with excess capacity with those who need a space to work or focus.
Designed with the future in mind, Meetings Now bridges the gap between professionals needing occasional space and businesses with available space to rent.
Businesses with unused offices and rooms can list their space on the site, let people know where they are and what they offer and generate an extra income.
